The paint came out great!  Time to start saving for some spoke
rims..............it never ends!
Freddie's page!
The giant German bike got a page, so the little devil needs a
page!  I bought a 1981 BMW R65.  He came to us in some pretty
sad shape.  The photos always made him look pretty darn good,
but he needed about 7 hours of scrubbing rust, and lots of TLC!
New brakes, brake lines, choke cables, throttle cables all were
added.  The carbs were totally scrubbed.  New rotors, new
pads..........new, new, new.  I wanted a little rain, beater bike and
he's turning out to be a nice little ride!
I've become the Queen of WD40!  That stuff is awesome.  Makes
old beemers happy.  So, I've never been a fan of the blue.  Kinda
reminds me of the city buses we have.  I know, it's vintage, and
looks fine............no it doesn't.  Donald got a custom paint job,
and darn it, I want one too!  So the blue has been replaced.
Freddie now has black parts, copper riveted metal airbrush work
and 2 different pin up girls.  We did all the painting ourselves ,
and Sparky's Collision Center did the clearcoat work for me.
There's no particular reason behind the stars and bombs.  I
just thought they would look nice on him.
